USA VS Paraguay Giveaway Terms & Conditions
NO PURCHASE OR MONETARY PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) are a legally binding and enforceable agreement between Ytiligos GS LLC operating under the brand name SogilityGO (“Ytiligos GS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), and participants who participate, enter or win the USA VS PARAGUAY GIVEAWAY (respectively, “Participant” or “you”, and “Giveaway”). This Giveaway is conducted in partnership with Drip FC.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY, YOU AGREE TO BE FULLY UNCONDITIONALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS, AND YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU MEET THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH HEREIN. IN ADDITION, YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT ANY DECISIONS OF SOGILITYGO, AS FINAL AND BINDING WITH REGARDS TO ANY OF THE TERMS HEREIN. THE GIVEAWAY IS SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE LAWS.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A USER OR PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SOGILITYGO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND COSTS (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
ANY VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS BY ANY WINNER (AT SOGILITYGO’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFYING THE WINNER AND PRIZE.
1. ELIGIBILITY.
THE GIVEAWAY IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF (a) THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES, THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND PUERTO RICO; PROVIDED THEY ARE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) (OR THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR JURISDICTION, IF HIGHER) AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. Employees, directors and officers of SogilityGO, Drip FC, each of their respective affiliates, and any supplier involved in the development, administration, production, fulfillment of this Giveaway, including their immediate families or any other individuals living in the same households, are not eligible to enter or win a prize. THE GIVEAWAY IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD.
The Giveaway starts on May 1, 2026 at 00:00 CEST and ends on May 29, 2026 at 23:59 CEST (“Giveaway Period”).
3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE AND ENTER THE GIVEAWAY.
SogilityGO and Drip FC will send an email invitation to potential participants at its sole discretion (“Invitation”). The Invitation will include a link to an online entry form. To enter, participants must follow the link, submit the online form with their full name and a valid email address, and follow the instructions provided there (standard internet/data charges may apply).
Marketing Consent: The entry form will include a tick-box. By checking this box, you provide your express consent to receive marketing communications and promotional materials from both SogilityGO and Drip FC. By submitting this form, you agree to receive marketing and promotional emails from SogilityGO. You can unsubscribe at any time. Each Participant may participate in the Giveaway only once. Entries submitted by anyone other than the Participant, or multiple entries by the same Participant, are void.
4. PRIZE.
One (1) prize winner will receive an email informing them about their win and following that will receive two tickets to the USA vs Paraguay match on July 12 with a face value of Four Thousand US dollars ($3,880) (“prize”). The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will NOT provide transportation, airfare, hotel accommodations, or parking. Winner is responsible for all costs associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein.
5. WINNERS SELECTION AND ODDS.
A random drawing will be held on May 30, 2026, among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by SogilityGO, including by automatic means. One (1) prize winner shall be selected. The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
6. WINNING NOTIFICATION AND CLEARANCE.
The winner will be notified by e-mail within two (2) business days of the draw. The winner must reply within two (2) calendar days to confirm eligibility and arrange delivery, failing which an alternate winner may be selected. The Prize will be delivered by July 10, 2026.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER LAW, SOGILITYGO AND DRIP FC, TOGETHER WITH THEIR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND DIRECTORS, WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY liability, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, caused from participation in the Giveaway or use of any prize.
8. PRIVACY AND PUBLICATION RIGHT.
By entering the Giveaway, you grant us permission to use your personal information in accordance with the SogilityGO privacy policy located at: https://www.sogilitygo.com/pages/privacy-policy.
BY CHECKING THE OPT-IN BOX DURING THE ENTRY PROCESS, YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE PERIODIC EMAIL NEWSLETTERS AND PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM BOTH SOGILITYGO AND DRIP FC. YOU MAY WITHDRAW YOUR CONSENT AT ANY TIME BY CLICKING THE UNSUBSCRIBE LINK IN THE RESPECTIVE EMAILS.
Subject to applicable law, by voluntarily submitting to the Giveaway, you grant SogilityGO, Drip FC, and their affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your Submission (including name and likeness) for advertising, marketing, publicity, and commercial purposes in any media for a period of two (2) years.
9. AMENDMENTS AND TERMINATION.
SogilityGO has the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Terms or to cancel, modify or suspend this Giveaway at any time should technical or external factors corrupt the administration or integrity of the Giveaway.
10. FIFA DISCLAIMER.
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with FIFA or the organizers of the FIFA 2026 WORLD CUP tournament.
11. GOVERNING LAW.
Subject to applicable law, these Terms are governed exclusively by the Laws of Indiana, USA.
