NO PURCHASE OR MONETARY PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) are a legally binding and enforceable agreement between Ytiligos GS LLC operating under the brand name SogilityGO (“SogilityGO”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), and participants who enter the SogilityGO Board Giveaway (“Participant” or “you”).

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.

  • Age Requirement: Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Minor Entry: If a participant is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must fill out the entry form on their behalf.
  • Exclusions: Employees, directors, and officers of SogilityGO, their affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible.

2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway starts on May 13, 2026, at 00:00 EST and ends on May 17, 2026, at 23:59 EST (“Giveaway Period”).

3. HOW TO ENTER

No purchase necessary. To enter the Giveaway:

  1. Visit the official SogilityGO entry page/form.
  2. Provide your full name and a valid email address.
  3. Submit the form within the Giveaway Period.

Limit: Each Participant (or parent/guardian on behalf of a minor) may enter only once. Multiple entries from the same email address or IP address will be disqualified. Use of automated entry software or bots is strictly prohibited.

4. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive:

  • One (1) Signed Jozy Altidore Jersey
  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $400.00 USD.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative or substitution is permitted, except at SogilityGO’s sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS

A random drawing will be held on May 18, 2026, among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted via an automated random selection computer function. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry on May 19, 2026.

  • The winner must reply within forty-eight (48) hours to claim the prize and verify eligibility.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, or is found to be ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. PRIVACY

By entering, you agree to SogilityGO’s privacy policy. The name and email address provided will be used for prize notification and, if you opt-in, for marketing communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time without affecting your chances of winning.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, you release SogilityGO and its affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of your participation in the giveaway or the receipt/use of the prize. SogilityGO is not responsible for technical failures, network outages, or lost/delayed entries.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Indiana, USA.
